Join the EIFA Board
Edinburgh Interfaith is celebrating its 30 year anniversary and as a forward looking organisation have chosen this time to make changes to widen our membership and encourage and attract new expertise and fresh ideas on to the board.
On the 11th June 2019 the Edinburgh Interfaith Association voted to adopt a new constitution whereby Board members will be elected based on the nominations of Faith Community Members and Individual members.
There may be up to 8 Director places filled by election with the option for the Board to co-opt up to 6 additional Directors.
EIFA’s vision is to work with peoples of all faith and none to create a more respectful, peaceful world. Towards that vision we seek to: to bring faith communities together, to promote understanding, trust and positive action and to offer expertise as a resource to all
We are asking faith communities to identify and nominate individuals who they believe shares that vision and has the skills and experience to help take the organisation forward. Or perhaps that individual might be you and we would welcome your application.
We are looking for people with a wide range of skills from finance, marketing, business development, human resources, fund raising, philanthropy, networking, information technology, management, media and PR to many more.
