Peace Walk
Each year, the Edinburgh Interfaith Association (EIFA) hosts our Annual Peace Walk, a meaningful event that unites people from diverse faiths and communities across Edinburgh. This walk is a powerful symbol of our shared commitment to peace, understanding, and mutual respect in a world that can often feel divided.
The Peace Walk brings together participants of all ages, backgrounds, and beliefs to celebrate the values that bind us together—compassion, kindness, and solidarity. Along the route, attendees have the opportunity to connect with others, share stories, and experience the rich tapestry of faiths and cultures that make up our city.
While the walk is peaceful and reflective, it also serves as an active demonstration of community harmony and a call to promote dialogue, tolerance, and cooperation in our daily lives. Through this event, EIFA fosters a stronger, more inclusive Edinburgh where differences are celebrated, and everyone feels valued.
The Annual Peace Walk is more than just a walk—it’s a movement toward building bridges and strengthening interfaith friendships. We warmly welcome everyone who believes in creating a world where understanding triumphs over division.
Please note, while this is a cherished annual event, we share this information to highlight EIFA’s ongoing commitment to peace building. Details for the next Peace Walk will be announced in due course.
